Victoria Parker has joined Britvic plc in the newly formed role of Retail Category & Commercial Delivery Director. Having honed her skills at Diageo, where she led the Global Off Trade Customer Marketing team, Vic also played a pivotal role at Total Negotiation Group over the last six years. Her return to the client side coincides with Britvic’s growth phase, reporting to Commercial Director Ben Parker.
Gymshark’s Leadership Evolution
Sian Keane was appointed Chief People Officer at Gymshark, marking a new chapter in her impressive HR career spanning nearly 25 years, including a decade at FARFETCH. Sian joins a strong leadership team at Gymshark, which also welcomed Mathew Dunn (CFO), Carly Natalizia (Chief Digital Officer), and Hannah Mercer (General Manager, Wholesale & Retail).

- Stuart Graham joined KP Snacks as leader of the Convenience & Impulse channel, reporting to Sales Director Matt Collins.
- At Warburtons, Mark Harding was promoted to Sales Director after seven successful years with the company. Mark’s previous experience at Mondelēz International adds depth to his new role.
- Mondelēz International’s Snack Futures Venture arm invested in Urban-legend, marking another strategic move under Richie Gray’s leadership.

Rich Houston was named VP of Marketing at Zopa Bank, building on his tenure as Strategic Advisor and VP of Consumer Marketing at Zoopla. His promotion aligns with Zopa’s profitable trajectory, bringing them closer to a potential public listing.

Sandie Dilger became Chief Marketing Officer at Eat Real + PROPER | WARP Snacks, reporting to CEO Alex Brittain. Sandie’s client-side return follows a stellar agency career, including roles at TBWA\Worldwide and Ogilvy.
