Andrew Gibson

I’m Andrew Gibson, a Founding Director of Better Placed Group and a Partner within bpe search’s Consumer practice, specialising in the appointment of executive and board level talent across consumer markets.

Since co founding Better Placed in 2001, I’ve played a central role in building the business and developing one of the most established networks across sales, marketing, digital, ecommerce, supply chain and operations in the UK consumer landscape.

At bpe search, I partner with privately owned, private equity backed and listed organisations to deliver leadership hires that drive growth, transformation and long term value. My work spans FMCG, retail, consumer durables, leisure and travel, supporting businesses at critical points in their evolution.

Having worked in the market for many years, I bring both depth of relationship and commercial perspective to every search, with a clear understanding of how leadership capability translates into business performance. My approach is grounded in long standing relationships, honest advice and a strong understanding of what businesses need from leadership at different stages of growth.
