The Role
Our client is an extremely well funded fintech, with a unique proposition focussed on digital lending. Following significant investment earlier in the year, the leadership team are now rolling out a rapid growth strategy. Over the next 24 months, the company’s headcount will double to nearly 100; and there is a very realistic ambition to at least quadruple revenue.
Product sits at the very heart of the organisation. As CPO, you’ll have full autonomy for building a world class, digitally focussed service, owning all elements of commercial proposition and customer journey. You’ll immediately inherit a very capable, small team – and continue to build out resource as the organisation scales.
You must be able to demonstrate
We’re looking for candidates with a strong track record building and launching digital propositions. Experience in payments and lending would be helpful, but they’re equally interested in applicants from alternative technology-focussed backgrounds – particularly ecommerce. Team leadership is essential – but this person will also need to be comfortable and excited by the prospect of operating as a player-coach. It would be very helpful if you’ve spent time in a start-up / scale-up previously.
