Diversity, inclusion & representation

We are continually evaluating our own performance and acknowledge we still have some way to go in terms of the diversity of our own team.  Externally, we’re making real progress in supporting our clients to build more diverse leadership teams by identifying and attracting more candidates from under-represented groups.

We’re proud to report that WOMEN have secured 50% of all assignments we have led since the beginning of 2018. Over the same period, the proportion of successful candidates from Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic backgrounds has increased from 3% to 7%.
