​I’m Luke, an Executive Researcher in the Consumer Practice at bpe search. Since joining in 2023, built upon four years of experience delivering senior procurement and supply chain assignments across the consumer goods and food production sectors throughout the UK and Europe. My role is about more than research, I provide tailored insights and candidate evaluation that support seamless, high impact search assignments.

I believe that transparency and collaboration are the foundations of a successful search. By deeply understanding our clients’ needs and the broader market, I help identify candidates with the potential to thrive and grow within their roles. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing candidates I’ve supported achieve promotions and add lasting value to their organisations.

My role enhances the client experience by providing in-depth market intelligence and uncovering exceptional talent, ensuring every decision is informed and aligned with their strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with the wider bpe search team, I help build leadership networks that not only meet immediate needs but also support clients’ future growth and success strategies.
