Introduction
Our client is the proud owner of a well known consumer health brand and with recent investment, is now looking to scale and grow. With genuine brand heritage, there is now an opportunity to truly build the brand and for this position in particular, define best practice for E Commerce and drive the overall strategy for this critical channel.
The Role
The key responsibilities for this E-Commerce Manager role will be:
1. Building the E-Com Strategy to deliver scalable impact across key European and Asian markets for D2C, Amazon other key channels
2. Own the end-to-end customer experience, using insights to create new product propositions and then working collaboratively to launch these propositions
3. End to end P&L accountability
4. Delivering increases in Demand and Conversion at every touchpoint
5. Driving the test and learn process to boost traffic and increase conversion
6. Develop and lead strategy for B2B with Health Care Professionals
7. Adapting global models for the local market
You must be able to demonstrate
- Amazon 1P/3P and eGrocery experience (essential)
- Ecommerce experience within D2C in FMCG/Health/Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial spirit and able to deliver results in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment
- Additional language skills would be very useful
- A cross-functional leader, with previous experience leading small teams or individuals across a variety of functions within an E-Commerce business
