Diversity and inclusion sits at the heart of our search process, not because it’s just the right thing to do, but because it makes a real difference to business performance and culture.

As you are here, you already know we do Executive Search, but because we insist on better that’s not where our services end.

We are continually evaluating our own performance and acknowledge we still have some way to go in terms of the diversity of our own team.  Externally, we’re making real progress in supporting our clients to build more diverse leadership teams by identifying and attracting more candidates from under-represented groups.

We’re delighted to report that WOMEN have secured 50% of all assignments we have led since 2018 and in 2020 BAME* candidates secured 17% .

Our commitment is such that we have formed a partnership with Compelling Culture and founder Catherine Garrod.

Catherine works with Business Leaders specifically to improve employee experience and business performance through building diverse and inclusive culture. Prior to founding Compelling Culture, Catherine led Sky to be awarded the most inclusive employer in the UK and before that, she helped UK Power Networks become the first utility recognised by the Sunday Times Best Companies.
