Culture, Engagement & Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion sits at the heart of our search process, not because it’s just the right thing to do, but because it makes a real difference to business performance and culture.

We are continually evaluating our own performance and acknowledge we still have some way to go in terms of the diversity of our own team.  Externally, we’re making real progress in supporting our clients to build more diverse leadership teams by identifying and attracting more candidates from under-represented groups.

We’re delighted to report that WOMEN have secured 50% of all assignments we have led since 2018 and in 2020 BAME* candidates secured 17% .

Catherine is the founder of Compelling Culture, author of Conscious Inclusion, and guest lecturer for Executive MBA programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School. She works with organisations to help them stay relevant, by identifying any gaps in experience for people from underrepresented and overrepresented groups. Then guides them to take action to boost the experience for colleagues, customers and communities.

Previously, Catherine led Sky to become the most inclusive employer in the UK, with 80% of teams increasing their diversity. Now as a consultant, her clients are achieving a 15% improvement within 18 months. Catherine brings inclusion to life by connecting the all-important how, with everyday work and decisions.
