We are continually evaluating our own performance and acknowledge we still have some way to go in terms of the diversity of our own team. Externally, we’re making real progress in supporting our clients to build more diverse leadership teams by identifying and attracting more candidates from under-represented groups.
We’re delighted to report that WOMEN have secured 50% of all assignments we have led since 2018 and in 2020 BAME* candidates secured 17% .
* We recognise the BAME acronym isn’t the perfect way to represent individuals or groups, but we hope you will accept its use in this context and we would welcome alternative suggestions. Thank you.

What our clients say?
Working with Paul is always a pleasure. Paul takes the time to get to know you as a client and hiring manager to help him find the right match of candidates. He has an excellent team behind him that do a fantastic job mapping the market. Paul always provides a very focused short list of candidates that are spot on – he always seems to really get what you are looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Paul and his team.
