Our client are a well known UK based food business and owners of some of the most iconic British brands and unrivalled household penetration. They also have an exciting and growing international footprint, where this person will play a key role in building a strategy for mid-long term growth. To achieve this, they are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Brand Director to lead the creation of transformational plans that grow their participation in the international Indian (South Asian) Foods category. Their ambition for the category is to deliver a step change programme, to put in place the strategy and working with country managers and cross functional teams to deliver the plan to achieve these ambitious plans.
You must be able to demonstrate
You’ll already be a highly experienced international marketer with a strong track record of brand transformation and leading strategic change, whilst inspiring dynamic and highly energised teams. Experience of international marketing leadership within a leading FMCG organisation developing brands on a global or regional level will be a mandatory requirement, as will being an instinctive marketer who ‘gets’ international consumers and places them at the core of everything that they do.
Commercially and analytically aware, you will be someone who is comfortable developing and presenting business cases in an organisation which will only invest on the back of sound quantitative evidence. Additionally, you will possess a relentless desire to get things done with a high degree of personal accountability. Up for the challenge??
