Reporting the CEO of this PE backed scale up, you will be the responsible for driving the commercial strategy of this high growth consumer service. Working with an established board this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the next phase of growth.
A part of the SLT, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial strategies in line with the orgnisations growth plan. You will be able to tap into your expertise in financial and performance analysis, data, margin and insight analysis to drive commercial growth. Working hard with cross-functional teams to maximise the commercial return of their offering.
With your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, you’ll engage stakeholders and be able to work in a collaborative and supportive manner, working with the wider team to bring your ideas to life. You’ll make the most of your strategic mindset to really get to the heart of opportunities and challenges, helping to define goals and offer efficient solutions.
As an expert communicator, you’ll coordinate and engage cross functional teams successfully by building strong and lasting relationships, as well as pitching and presenting ideas, research and findings with confidence, and persuasion when necessary!
