A global opportunity within an exciting multi-billion pound international insurance group. With a desire to scale brand awareness in the UK and globally you will work with the CEO and Chief of Staff to truly put this brand on the map.
A critical central role, responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring the brand is represented consistently across all media and touch points. This role guides and supports local markets.
It would include the management of global (and co-management of local) media agency relationships and this individual would be the custodian of performance measures.
You will need to:
Define global strategy and build scalable media solutions
Consult, guide and align local markets to the big picture and help them optimise the media mix and weight
Listen, understand and empathise with local markets and their customer needs
Understand and identify the differing media requirements of high growth vs maturing markets and help local teams transition
