You will work with the CCO and CEO to evolve the marketing strategy and plan to drive revenue. You will be accountable for the acquisition strategy and profitability targets, creating and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy including customer engagement, targeting and optimisation of customer journey.
You will have the autonomy and capability to drive engagement in the market through evolving the existing capability whilst managing external agencies.
You must be able to demonstrate

Digitally savvy with an understanding of and desire to exploit new and emerging marketing channels and tools
Proven track record of adding value through the delivery of marketing excellence
