You will be accountable for building out and driving the strategic, data analysis and user insights capability for the business, with a focus on machine learning. This is a new role, where you will establish and grow the function, capability and team, operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and high growth environment.
You will be responsible for the development and provision of data and analytics for our client, meaning that you are integral to driving and influencing the commercial strategy, and by ensuring that decision making is well thought out you will enable the business to engage and deliver the right communications and channel strategy for customers.
In this role you will develop a vision and strategy that is future proof and that fully encompasses the latest data thinking whilst maximising the use of the latest tools and technology focused around machine learning. You will have gained extensive experience operating in a machine learning and digitally led business and ideally worked with external data vendors and suppliers.

To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience of operating in a hands on entrepreneurial business at senior management level with a proven track record of building, leading, and developing teams and capabilities through successful implementation of data and analytics strategies that fulfil business visions, objectives, and requirements in an e-commerce, online subscription or pureplay environment.
