The Role
With a clear strategy and differentiation from a crowded and sometimes vanilla market our client is now set to further grow in the U.K but also Internationally. They now seek an e-commerce focused Marketing Director to own Performance, SEO, Brand and TTL Marketing.
You must be able to demonstrate
You will be a high performing leader in a fast paced entrepreneurial e-commerce or omni-channel environment, have built and developed strategy but also have the hands on approach to deliver through people or by yourself.
To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate;
- A strong track record of D2C e-commerce growth
- Performance driven marketer with extensive digital marketing experience gained within a retail or digitally led consumer business
- Extensive knowledge of digital sales and digital procurement including SEO, PPC & Conversion.
- Brand Strategy and Multi-Channel exposure utilising ATL and BTL campaigns
- Solid experience in dealing with high volume consumer goods SKU’s
- The ability to work in a cross functional structure, bringing teams together to achieve results
- Experience of driving key performance indicators ensuring the online business meets revenue goals
- Proven transformation capability
- A successful background in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
This is an incredibly challenging and exciting opportunity to scale this high growth business and take ownership of a double digit marketing budget. This is a true scale up business looking to double the size of team and capability in the next 12 – 18 months.
