Luke joined bpesearch’s Consumer practice in 2023 as an Executive Researcher, providing research and delivery support across multiple functions. Throughout the last 4 years he has delivered on senior procurement and supply chain assignments in consumer goods and food production across the UK and Europe. Luke considers transparency and collaboration to be key to the successful completion of a challenging search mandate, and he is especially wary of providing a complete, closed-loop candidate experience. He loves to see placed candidates get promoted.
Luke also sits on the advisory board of the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation as an alumnus/former beneficiary. The RNCSF is a social mobility charity widening access to life-changing opportunities at the UK’s leading schools, and the good people there do some seriously transformative work.
On the weekends and evenings you will probably find him on the hockey pitch or with an Xbox controller.
