Sandy has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment which includes working for a corporate staffing firm as well as a boutique Executive Search consultancy specialising in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
She has worked alongside multiple industry sectors throughout her career within both manufacturing and industrial markets, with an emphasis on placing senior level professionals across the UK, Mainland Europe, and the US, for PE, SME, and Corporate blue-chip firms
Sandy has a wealth of experience appointing at Board, Director level, and senior functional expert professionals across industrial, commercial, and supply chain functions in Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Having also run her own recruitment practice for over 10 years, she also has a strong commercial understanding and a has a reputation for providing a lasting consultative service within her network.
